Two weeks of catch up blogging for recipes of week 5 and 6

It's been a hectic couple of weeks between a car breakdown in the middle of no where, catering and running the bakery. Despite the hectic nature I was still able to create some fun new recipes both sweet and savory.

Recipe 5 for pastry was a Burnt basque cheesecake. Although Spanish inspired it is popular in Pyrenees-Atlantiques regoin of France. And, yes it tastes as good as it looks!

Recipe 6, Religieuse. Choux pastry filled with coffee pastry cream, hazelnut buttercream and chocolate ganache, oh my!
